News 4's Tom Randles is a four-time Edward R. Murrow Award-winning anchor. He recently won three of television industry's highest honors. Tom has also received numerous Emmy nominations and awards since joining the WSMV news staff in 2006.
Tom is a 30-year veteran broadcaster. His broadcasting career began at WETL-Radio while he was a sophomore in high school in his hometown of South Bend, Indiana. In 1980, two days after graduating from Ball State University with a B.S. degree in Radio and Television, he began working at WNDU-TV in South Bend.
In 2013, multi-instrumentalist Tom released Destination Music City, the fourth contemporary jazz CD of his music career. He is currently at work on his fifth album.
His hobbies include reading, traveling, photography, writing, fitness training and motorcycles. Tom is also actively involved in various community projects and charities.
In addition to hearing Tom speak, each attendee will receive a CD copy of his latest instrumental album Destination Music City. Tom will autograph the CDs after the meeting.
